    Rules Questions about gaining loyalty tokens as Targaryen

    Can I attack an area with dragons (trigger a battle against an opponent - in rules is OUT OF COMBAT) and gain a loyalty token at the same time, after winning that battle and gaining control of the land...or not? ... After I win an area battle and have control of an area, I get all loyalty tokens...
